Re-activating/Creating a User Account
As user management, and therefore access to CBC data, is ultimately a responsbility of CBC, the responsiblity for user account management belongs to the CBC Inductions department.

Request to update Financial Delegation
Considerations
- All requests to update Financial Delegation must be athorised by management. This generally means Josh Ryan, Kristen Magagnino, or Leanne Mangoulias.
- Is the request specific enough? The financial delegation options include limits for Quotes, Creditor Invoices and Debtor Invoices, with a different limit for each. Sometimes it is necessary to clarify a request.
- Does the request include approvers? Although optional, the financial delegation process works best if a user can escalate an approval up a management chain. If setting up new financial delegation limits, it may be necessary to confirm with the user (or management) who the approvers should be.
