1. Adding a new Site to an App
1.1. When is this required?
New sites may need to be added to Zoho where the client introduces new sites to a contract.
1.2 Process
Sign in to Zoho.
Access the App that needs updating.
Click the 'Asset Capture' form.
Click the 'Open Form Builder' button.
- This appears when you hover your mouse over the main form area.
Click the 'Site' field.
Find the 'Choices' section on the right
- Scroll to te bottom of the options list and click the 'View more' text to show the whole list.
- Click the '+' button to add a new option.
- Enter the Site name. This should be an exact match to CMMS for easier import later.
- Click off the field and it shoudl save automatically.
